• Only recovery operations allowed

• Deposits blocked

• Guardian management restricted

• Used during security incidents

When to Lock:

• Suspected security breach

• Lost access to wallet

• Suspicious activity detected

Recovery Process

The recovery system helps regain access to your vault if you lose control of your Guardian Wallet or Vault Wallet.

When to Use Recovery

• Lost private keys

• Compromised wallet

• Hardware wallet failure

• Other access issues

How to Recover Your Vault

Guardian Initiates Recovery

Guardian Dashboard → Recovery → Initiate Recovery → Enter vault token ID → Specify new owner address → Submit request

Guardian Consensus

Each guardian reviews the recovery request → Guardians approve if they believe recovery is legitimate → Threshold must be met (e.g., 2 out of 3 guardians)

Time Delay Period

7-Day Waiting Period

• Provides time to dispute fraudulent recovery attempts

• Allows legitimate owner to regain access and cancel if needed

• Security measure against malicious guardians

Recovery Execution

Delay period ended → Guardian Dashboard → Execute Recovery → Select the approved recovery request → Confirm execution transaction

Vault NFT transfers to the new owner address

Vault Recovery Can Be Canceled By:

• Original Owner: If they regain access

• Guardians: If they determine recovery is fraudulent

• System: If guardian request is cancelled
